Leura Log Cabin

The iconic Leura Log Cabin is located 3 minutes by car from Warracknabeal’s town centre and is central to the Silo Art Trail.

The cabin features an open fire to warm your toes by, a queen size bed and Wi-Fi access. In the morning, enjoy a continental breakfast of bread, milk, cereal, condiments, tea and coffee which are supplied for you inside the cabin. Inside you will also find a toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, sink and fridge. There is no stove. Reverse-cycle heating and cooling provides year round comfort.

A private bathroom/toilet are located just outside – 10 metres from the front door.

Leura Log Cabin has a shady verandah which is the ideal place to relax or read a book. The surrounding garden has plenty of Australian birdlife which you can view whilst relaxing by the pond. There is a BBQ and fire pit located on the far side of the cabin, a perfect vantage point for viewing the night sky. The entire cabin and surrounding area to the wooden fence are yours for the time of your stay!

Enjoy a stroll around the property, visit the nearby Yarriambiack Creek, or if it’s not too hot, walk into the town centre along the back roads which will take around 30 minutes.

Warracknabeal is close to the Brim and Sheep Hills grain silos which feature large murals painted on them by renowned artists.
